Members of Welden Field have managed and owned a diverse group of companies. The companies have been involved in the areas of real estate development, property management, hotels, banking, mortgage lending and mortgage servicing operations and venture capital. Their developments include land, active adult communities, hotels and multifamily. The property management portfolio includes over 15,000 multifamily homes, hotels and condominiums.
