Southern Hospitality Services was founded in 2001, by a small group of individuals who had been operating hotels together for several years. SHS is proud to be a small, successful, family-oriented company in a world of mega companies without personalities. From an operating standpoint SHS prides itself on guest service, and promoting from within.  

We pride ourselves on our ability to offer a stable work environment, where lay-offs are extremely rare, and employees can be secure in the knowledge that their employment will not be terminated without cause, or without a chance to improve their performance, except in extreme circumstances such as theft and dishonesty, threats or violence, and endangering guests or other staff members.
