Sleep Inn San Destin, Florida: a 77 room hotel that was owned by Gulf Coast Lodging, Inc. Upon acquisition in early 2004, SHS was hired as an operating consultant, and in late 2005 took over full operation’s management. SHS managed it daily operations through its sale in June of 2009.
